Cleaning the contacts does a better job in ensuring good electrical contact. The same head was recognized in my PRO9000. Canon U150 Error Fix Then, hold the "resume" button for 10 seconds for each cartridge, that should reset them.If that doesn't work, one of your cartridges (sadly) needs to be replaced. I will try that and see what happens.
