I assume the lack of a successful repair would indicate file corruption or harddrive damage due to, hopefully minor, memory blocks or crc's. Thank you! Tried the xp_mscfix.reg but haven't restarted my computer yet, but I can't add devicemanagerrestore.reg. Click [Add] and select [Folder] from the list of snap-ins that is displayed. This can eliminate having to move between different locations to accomplish tasks while helping to prevent overlooking parts of a specific task.
