It's a folder with a lot of .h and .c files and some subfolders (also filled with .h and .c files). We don't run this code on Windows here, so anything we can do to make this seamless would be good... Don't nmake know that it's supposed to look in "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\include" (where stdint.h is located) after include files? The second problem was the missing stdint.h mentioned above, this was affecting both the lz4 install and arctic.
