Second Issue (probably related) is, that I need to create a directory md %tmp%\low and then: set icacls %tmp%\low /securitylevel (OI)(CI)low to be able to print from IE9. Here's how it works. I attempted reinstalling the printer, I tried right clicking the email in the list and selecting print.
