It should print showing the imbedded images. However if I log in as the domain administrator ( the account that the office suite was installed from ) I can print html email without issue. Do you have any idea what part of Norton would be interfering with printing emails in Outlook? Can you save the images individualy? The "RTF Printing" workaround does work. From the looks of it, this computer does not like the PCL6 for some reason.
