Veritas does not guarantee the accuracy regarding the completeness of the translation. Onchecking the media status it is showing "Frozen suspended". If there is another reason anyone knows for me not being able to import the tape(or any tapes) then please let me know. The job starts to run and fails. I got the machine to be able to process blocks larger than that and I ran netbackup import again and it still wasn't able to. The backup was made on a media server that no longer has drives attached. TapeAlerts are sent by the drives, it's impossible for NBU to cause these.

No fault with NBU. Join UsClose Backup Central HomeMr. The media does not necessary need to be bad, a status 85 just say I could not read - The cause can be anything in the infrastructure. Close this window and log in.

I am not sure if this matters or not because I still get the same errors. Too many errors with the tape has prompted netbackup to freeze the tape.
