this was the first time I encountered the "Cannot send this item" message. I checked the RR server after sending and there are no messages on their server either. DA said on 20-05-2015 In my case there was a temporary network issue and that's where the attached file was. I personally haven't tried another solution but I have done a quick search and found couple of links that may be helpful.

There was no perfect fix for the problem, except to completely uninstall McAfee VirusScan from your computer.

Our email signature contains an image but we have never had this problem before. Please remember to be considerate of other members.

When using the PC at home I am not able to send email with an attachment. Another slight possibility, although this would seem unlikely as messages without attachments are sent without issue and messages with an attachment end up in the Sent Items folder, is a corrupted Loading...
