We saw that the music on hold module had an update available so we tried to update the music on hold module. When we try to update this module we get a popup “Cannot write to file ()” install the FreePBX music on hold module on our Warp. It was not permissions in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/custom/. Although the time/date is correct for some functions when set via "root" using PuTTY, all reports/logs run via FreePBX are wrong (date always 1970, time always starts at 1200).

To add to this, I thought maybe try a backup and I get an error telling me my backups are incompatible. However, this route is not being written to the extensions_additional.conf file.
