Problem solved after I download and install the latest version from Intel. To learn more and to read the lawsuit, click here. It has Win 7 Starter. After wasting hours on advice which was not much more than arrows shot in the dark, your simple advice quickly solved the problem, which in turn solved several other problems. you can try this out
